MODERN ECLECTIC REMODEL
Martin Construction invited Emily to stage this parade home remodel. She chose a black and white scheme with a bold, colorful assortment of furnishings, artwork, and accessories to complement their modern update to a traditional ranch home. The young Iowa City natives were homeowners moving into their parents’ former home, vaulting the once low ceiling, removing walls, completely renovating the master suite and kitchen to modernize it and make it their own.
